We started the summer with the intention to build a dog kennel and even has the concrete pad poured (the day before our basement flooded again). The girls have had temporary fencing in several parts of the yard and each time seemed to become bored with their area in a hurry! We might get to finishing the dog kennel/run sometime before winter.
Here is Tyler and the boys actually getting around to taking down the Christmas lights. You'll see Tyler's head peeking out just above the roofline. Notice the coming thunderstorm. Nothing like taking down Christmas lights with lightning to make it interesting. Notice the picture afterwards though...spectacular rainbow followed on the heels of this severe storm. The rain and hail did wash all the little clippy things you use for the lights out into the yard for easier pickup.
Logan going down a blow up slide during his 3rd grade field day the last week of school.
