Camping

We went to Colorado to go camping with our friends from Texas that we met in Hawaii five years ago on a Pampered Chef trip! Thanks Steven and Denise for sharing your time with us- we had fun and can't wait to do it again sometime!

You'll notice that we all take ourselves so seriously. Especially Steven-

who is like the pied piper when it comes to the kids and showing them "cool" things!

He did come to Brody's aid though! For some reason Brody got a wopper of a bloody nose just as the kids were going to bed. Steven got out his first aid kit and was packing Brody's nose with gauze. On the way home in the car Brody finally told me that he was glad Steven helped out although he was a "little concerned when he put those gloves on because I thought he was going to do something really serious like cut my nose off or something!"

The fort the kids were building. Lana was in charge of the bathroom. The boys apparently were going to leave that out!

Steven had little flashlights that hooked onto heads for the kids- they ran around the campsight looking like little miners in the dark!
